This spring, Soul at The Joseph will debut a new cocktail menu created in collaboration with local illustrator Fiona Miller. Launching March 26, the menu brings together cocktails and original artwork for a unique experience exploring historical architecture, seasonal flavors and spring revival.

Fiona, the artist behind the custom illustrations on Soul’s “Lost Cocktails of Columbus” spring menu, will share a bit about the inspiration behind her work and the stories of historic Columbus spaces that influenced the artwork. Guests can view select pieces from her portfolio, watch live sketching throughout the evening, and enjoy cocktails inspired by the menu.
